David Lisbe spent much of his childhood animating on Post-it notes and simple 2D computer animation programs. When he grew up he decided to cultivate his love and talent for animation at Ringling College of Art + Design where he graduated with honors and earned critical acclaim for his senior film, Heavenly Appeals. He was then hired by Reel FX Creative Studios where he worked on Open Season 3 and Looney Tunes Rabid Rider. He's since been a recurring member of the Sony Pictures Imageworks team, animating on Arthur Christmas, Hotel Translvania, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2, Smurfs 2 and Oz: The Great and Powerful.
